Points of Contact:
The Rohrbach Group, Inc. Contracting Officer or their designated representative will be the only authorized submitter of Seaport-e bids.
The Rohrbach Group, Inc. team ensures that each task, deliverable, and work effort has clearly defined and achievable metrics to deliver acceptable results. We are dedicated to the delivery of quality service. Our approach to achieving quality is the same for all tasks:
Plan the effort in clearly measurable steps
Monitor execution progress to plan Ė including continuous management briefings
Management intervention immediately and aggressively if progress deviates from expectations
A quality effort begins with careful planning that is generally represented in the task Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Progress as traced against these two approved plans becomes the measure of effectiveness for the execution of each set of tasks and deliverables. The task WBS must contain measurable milestones at intervals not exceeding those as approved by the customer. Criticality of these tasks will drive additional management oversight as required. Aggressive understanding of the dependencies and required integration into tasks and systems that outside the scope of a given effort can drive risk. Tracking this risk is critical to the successful delivery of products and solutions to customers. Subjective estimates of completion are avoided to the maximum extent possible.
Rohrbach Group, Inc. monitors quality as a combination of technically and administratively superior products delivered on or ahead of schedule. Based on explicitly verifiable milestones articulated in the programís WBS or Integrated Master Schedule frequent reviews are conducted to verify the programís progress as well as any trends in performance. Management experience is injected as appropriate to ensure successful completion of all tasks, including the most difficult project assignments. Particular emphasis to ensure project critical path integrity is maintained.
Management of Rohrbach Group, Inc. leverages technology and collaboration techniques to ensure they are continuously in tune with all customer requirements and successful progress to fulfilling these requirements. Weekly staff meetings as well as periodic customer program reviews are used as metrics to closely monitor progress.
On the rare occasion that a problem arises with the effort or product of a task, Rohrbach Group, Inc. management team and staff rapidly and aggressively respond. Problems are researched and analyzed to determine the severity and scope. A root cause analysis is also conducted. The way ahead to get the project back on schedule is detailed and an execution plan is constructed. Rohrbach Group then applies the necessary resources to ensure success. Finally, the entire staff is briefed on all unfavorable events to ensure corporate personnel are trained on the lessons learned such that the events are not repeated. The customer is apprised immediately of any issues that arise and all corrective actions and plans. This includes issues that may be the result of Government-furnished information or material that is outside the control of even the customer. If cost or schedule impacts are unavoidable, the customer is briefed on the issues and the recommended solution. We then follow the customerís directed course of action.
